Los Angeles Walks presents a walk to and from the Frogtown Artwalk on Saturday, September 22, 2018. 

The Frogtown Artwalk has been held every other year since 2006. It is a rare opportunity to enjoy the insides of many of the artist spaces along the Los Angeles River in Elysian Valley.

To support the Frogtown Artwalk's desire to be a car-free event, Los Angeles Walks is highlighting pleasant walking routes to the event from one of the event parking lots & the Metro Gold Line station. 

We will meet up at 3:30pm under the tree located at 3381 Riverside Drive Los Angeles, CA 90027 just north of the Griffith Park Senior Center/Friendship Auditorium Parking Lot, which is available for Artwalk parking. 

From there we will walk along the Los Angeles River to the Leftbank Gallery on Fletcher Drive, and then meander through the neighborhood visiting the open artists' studios. Click here for the most up-to-date Frogtown Artwalk map.

At 6pm we will meet up at the 'zocalo' public square intersection at Blake Avenue and Newell Street, and then walk the river path to the Lincoln/Cypress Gold Line Station. (Note: this is different than the start location. Those who are driving may want to instead walk back up to the river to the Friendship Auditorium parking lot).
