Meet LA Walks in Silver Lake on Halloween night: collect signatures from trick-or-treating parents and urge them to KEEP ROWENA SAFE.
Flier trick-or-treating parents at the enormously popular Silver Lake Halloween Block Party on Armstrong Ave., which will be closed to vehicles for the night. Collect contact information of residents who want to keep Rowena Avenue safe -- those who want Councilmember Ryu to KEEP the proven effective roadway configuration the City installed on Rowena in 2013 in response to community concern and a pedestrian fatality.
