WalkLAvia - Heart of LA / Route 66

Join Los Angeles Walks and Stairs and Trails of Los Angeles to WalkLAvia this Sunday, October 16th.

We'll walk the CicLAvia - Heart of Los Angeles route from MacArthur Park in Westlake, to Downtown Los Angeles, and then to Mariachi Plaza in Boyle Heights.

The FREE walk will start at the MacArthur Park hub (meet by the metro entrance). The walk will be over 4 miles and will last about 2 hours (depending on our speed). At the end of the walk you can either take the metro or walk back to MacArthur Park.

New to CicLAvia? CicLAvia is a free event in which streets are closed off to vehicles and open to people, who are encouraged to bike/skate/walk in the streets. It's a great opportunity to explore Los Angeles by foot and experience the city from a fresh perspective.
